CHEMENGG Mentorship programme aims to connect industrial engineers with young graduates and students, in order to minimise the gap between the university and the industry. PROGRAM SCHEDULE

FEBRUARY

THE FIRST SESSION STARTS

The prep for the first session of the year starts. All the mentors and mentees are invited for personal 1:1 meetings to discuss the program and their career goals, so that they can be paired.

MARCH - JUNE

FIRST SESSION

All the mentors and mentees are paired up. The program official starts for all the participants, and a mentor/mentee personal meetings are held every month for min. 1 hour.
