Why join the program?
CHEMENGG Mentorship programme aims to connect industrial engineers with young graduates and students, in order to minimise the gap between the university and the industry. As an engineer working in the field, you have a chance to guide a future engineer and give the advice you wish you had received when you started your career! Meanwhile if you are a student, you get a unique opportunity to connect with an experienced engineer, who can clear your doubts and help you plan your career!
Get connected with an Industrial or Research Engineer to streamline your future career!

The Sign for Mentee is sadly no longer possible for the O22 Session. The sign up will again open in November for F23 Sesson.

We value feedback gathered from the mentors and mentees after each session. The gathered feedback is then used to further improve the mentorship program for the future participants.
"The program was really well-organised and I enjoyed being part of the program, where I got a chance to learn about what an actual chemical engineer does in the real world.”
