Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and beneficial learning experience for all participants, please review the following policies: Attendance If you are unable to attend a scheduled course, please notify us at least 2 days in advance. Failure to notify within this period may result in forfeiture of your course fee. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations made more than 2 days prior to the course start date may be eligible for a refund or course credit, depending on the program. Cancellations made within 2 days of the course start date are generally not refundable. Course Access and Materials Course links and materials are provided solely for registered participants and should not be shared. Recordings (if applicable) will only be accessible to those enrolled. Technology Requirements Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet access, a working microphone, and (where applicable) a camera. We recommend logging in 5–10 minutes early to test your setup. Participant Conduct We expect respectful communication and professional behavior throughout the sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the course without refund. Changes to Courses We reserve the right to reschedule or modify course content, with reasonable notice provided to all participants. In the rare event of cancellation by us, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. By registering, you confirm that you have read and agree to the above policies.
