Role of a Mentee
In the ChemEnggLife Mentorship Programme, your role as a mentee is to actively learn and absorb as much information as you can from the mentor and should have the ambition to use this knowledge for your betterment. The critical quality of a good mentee is strong desire to learn with a demeanour that suggests receptivity to being directed and advised. You have a chance to talk and learn from someone, who has been in the same position that you are in right now. Therefore, they are the best to guide you and answer any doubts you may have.
You can be a mentee if you ..
Are pursuing a Chemical Engineering Degree (Bsc/MSc)
Have finished the first two semesters of your BSc
Are ambitious and willing to ask questions for your future career
Can commit for 6 months period with a mentee
Can have at least one 1-hour meeting with the mentor

SIGN UP
Sign up as a mentee using the form with the required information.
LET'S TALK
You will be called for a short (online) meeting, where you will be introduced to the programme and we will discuss your background, ambitions and future goals.
MATCH
Keeping in mind your future aspirations and goals, our team will find the mentor, who can best guide you.
CONNECTED&
FOLLOW UPS
You will be connected with your mentor, whom you can meet up. During the time, we will periodically follow up with you about your progress.
EVALUATION
At the end of the mentorship programme, you will be asked for a small evaluation about the programme, so that we can improve for the future.
