We will also look at how different professionals — including engineers, project managers, quality specialists, procurement teams, suppliers, document management teams, and operations — interact throughout the project. The goal is to give participants a clearer understanding of the organisational environment surrounding engineering work and how different career functions contribute to delivering a successful project.

His experience coordinating document-related activities across multiple engineering areas has provided practical exposure to how large projects rely on collaboration between technical teams, project functions, suppliers, quality organisations, and information management.
